Why did you join the AMA?
To further my involvement with Cleveland professional groups, grow my networking skills and give my time and commitment to an organization that values marketing.

How long have you been a member?
I joined in January of 2015, so a little over eight months.

How do you engage with the AMA (volunteer, events, etc)?
I attend networking events after work, discussions and have made it to many events where they bring in seasoned veterans to shed their knowledge on fellow marketers. Most recently, I became the coordinator for our Mix at Six networking events so everyone come on out and be on the lookout for our next Mix in October!

What do you get out of it or your favorite thing about the AMA?
Everyone is so friendly and goes out of their way to make new members feel welcome. I can see the professional and personal relationships that have been formed by other members and am pleasantly surprised at the amount of relationships I have created in such a short time.  

Something unique about yourself that you would like to share with others.
I love being in a room full of strangers. Meeting new people and hearing their story is fascinating. Travel is my absolute favorite way to deepen my understanding of this world. I swim for the United States Masters Team.
